How does E-Design Work?

It's pretty simple! You take our e-design questionnaire and we start by gathering all the necessary information (photos, room measurements, etc). Then the fun begins & we get to work on your design plan. We send along our mood board, space plan, complimentary shopping list. You'll be able to access all the information we provide from the comfort of your electronic device.

How Much Will I Be Investing?

We offer 2 major e-design service packages. Both being offered at a fixed cost that is quoted on a per project/room basis. Feel free to click here to learn more about the e-design services we offer. For our custom services, our fees range from £150 - £200 per room. Fill out the questionnaire to get started.

How long will it take to get my room E-design?

You will receive your E-Design Package via email approximately within (2-3) weeks from our receipt of all needed items (questionnaire, payment, room sizes, photos,). All digital boards will be emailed in a PDF downloadable and printable file.

How Can You Re-Design Our Space m Without Seeing it Or Meeting You Personally?

Modern technology is constantly changing giving designers the opportunity to work with clients over the internet. In order for us to accurately understand your budget, space, needs & the look you have envisioned, we will ask that you complete a client questionnaire providing rough sketches of the room measurements and photos. We welcome inspiration photos if you have any. We want to get to know you and your style preferences.

Can Some of My Furniture Items Be Included in The Overall Plan?

Most definitely! We aim to incorporate your own purchases and personality as the approach to providing personalized and affordable interior makeovers is what brings your space to life.

How Do I communicate With My Designer?

All communication will be done online via email or video conference call if that’s what you prefer. We typically respond within 48 hours and are more than happy to answer any questions you have along the way.

What If I Don’t Like The Design?

If there are any areas of your plan that you would like to see changed that's perfectly fine, we want your honest feedback. After the first few mood boards have been sent we allow for one round of revisions. We want to bring your vision to life so we work very closely with you through the early stages of working together to make sure we can pull together a plan you’ll love!

What Locations Do You Currently Offer E-Designs To?

Our online E-Design services are offered throughout the U.K., Uganda & USA. At this time we do not offer online services elsewhere.

Do I Have to Live in the U.K., Uganda or the USA to Hire You?

Not at all, that's the beauty of being online! Although those are our main service areas, we are able to design for people who live across other locations in Europe and beyond! Please email to discuss it further.

  • E-Design is an Online Decorating Consultancy Online. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.

  • Clients agree to provide full information regarding the information given through the questionnaire to help disclose details for the Project.

  • E-Design Clients agree to strictly communicate online. Client also agrees to additional fees per hour for local in-person visits if requested.

  • Florence Jane LTD will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E- Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

  • Florence Jane LTD cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the E-Design project.
